Kate has been looking after guests in this beautiful Georgian family home for over ten years, taking over from her parents who still live close by and look after the gardens. We offer delicious home cooked breakfasts and suppers around a large and welcoming dining room table.
Five spacious and light bedrooms with king size beds look out onto glorious garden views and surrounding woodlands. Relax in front of the fire in one of our two sitting rooms, having poured yourself a drink from our well stocked Penguin Bar. In the summer months we are happy to offer you meals in the garden next to the 18th century Chinese Summerhouse.
Three miles from the Shropshire / Welsh border this is a great place to explore the stunning surrounding countryside, steeped in the history of The Marches. Shrewsbury is close by with its amazing Tudor and Georgian architecture. The gardens of Powis Castle and Wollerton Old Hall will delight you with their planting and seasonal colour.
