Sambrook Manor cottages

Sambrook Manor cottages have 3 beautiful barn conversions set in a village location on the Shropshire/Stafforsdhire border and close to many tourist attractions including Ironbridge, Shrewsbury & The Potteries. All three cottages are spacious and well equipped and with the extra luxury of underfloor heating run of a massive waste wood burner.

Churn cottage – sleeps 4
This cottage has a fully fitted kitchen/diner, living room with doors leading out to a patio and enclosed garden area which has great views over the open countryside. Two bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a double, wet-room shower room with grab rails, wheeled shower chair or stool available if required. This cottage is all on the ground floor making it ideal for the less able or young children, ramps are available if needed.

The Old Shippon – sleeps 8/10
This is our largest cottage with 4 bedrooms, two with twin beds and two with double beds. Two bathrooms one with w/c sink and bath with shower overhead and a separate shower room with w/c, sink and large low level shower.  A spacious kitchen/diner is fully fitted to make your stay as easy as possible, three steps lead down from the kitchen to the living room which has a mezzanine floor above with a sofa bed sleeping an extra two if needed. Patio doors in the living room lead to a large garden and patio area with table, chairs, BBQ and  great views over the river and fields where the farms sheep and cattle graze.
The Stables – sleep 7
This cottage is on the other side of the yard and has the luxury of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One double bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room making this cottage also suitable for the less able.  A large fully fitted kitchen/diner leads onto the living room which has double doors onto a patio area with tables, chairs and BBQ. Upstairs you will find a family room with a double and single bed, a bathroom with w/c, sink and bath with shower overhead and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
All cottages have dishwashers, microwaves, slow cookers, fridge/freezers and plenty of pot and pans. Crisp white bed linen, & fluffy towels are all included as well as WiFi. Cots & highchairs available and ample off road parking.
