Ludlow Food Festival, Ludlow Castle, 10-12 September 2021

Ludlow Food Festival, in partnership with Wardington’s Original Ludlow Gin, is back and doing what it does best – delivering the best names in the business along with a wide range of top-quality food and drink producers from across the Welsh Marches.

Visitors can expect all the activities the UK’s original food festival is famous for – with Ludlow Castle’s grounds filled with exhibitors and vendors, demonstrations across three main stages, interactive talks, and tastings with different chefs and producers on each day.

This year festival-goers have even more to sink their teeth into with Sarit Packer & Itamar Srulovich, chef/owners of Honey & Co, London giving a talk followed by book signing of ‘Chasing Smoke’ one of an amazing line up. And, there is a pop-up cookery school, food photography courses, wine and gin-tasting workshops.

The popular Fire Stage will be bigger than ever, taking over the whole of the Inner Bailey, with plenty of space for those live demonstrations. In addition, to browsing at shopping at over 180 stalls filled with a range of delights, here’s a sample of tasty offerings to come at the festival:

  • Pop-up feast: by the Fire Stage chefs who will come together to cook collaboratively and deliver a delicious feast
  • Claire Thomson – Chef/Food Writer, Bristol (followed by book signing of ‘Home Cookery Year’)
  • Andy Link – Chef/Patron, Riverside Inn, Aymestrey Herefordshire & Slow Food Restaurant of the Year
  • Andrew Tabberner – Chef/co owner, Gaerwan Arms, Anglesey
  • Olivia Burt – Head Chef, Stanleys of Chelsea & Masterchef Professionals Finalist
