Introduction to House History with Sal Mager

Sat 7 May 2022 Introduction to House History with Sal Mager

Ever wondered about the history of your house, how old it is or the people who lived there? Tracing the history of a property is absolutely fascinating but it can be difficult to know where to start. Come along to our house history introduction. Archivist Sal Mager will introduce some of the most useful sources with plenty examples for you to look at and she’ll give you tips on how begin your research. The event is sure to be popular so do book ahead.

As this is the first Saturday in the month, Shropshire Archives will be open for research. We will close the search room at 1pm so that we can set up for the introduction. More information about visiting Shropshire Archives can be found at Plan your visit (shropshirearchives.org.uk)
