The Lake Vyrnwy Running Festival brings together an active community of people taking part in sporting events for reasons ranging from fitness, competition, charity, health, fun or to simply finish. The participants vary of all ages and all abilities of trail runner.

The event offers runners a Saturday night 5k and Sunday morning 11k with two great routes offering breathtaking scenery.
