Regularly we all need to recharge our spiritual battery, otherwise the light of our consciousness becomes dim, thoughts become fuzzy, and decisions are impregnated with doubt. The clutter and complexity of our society has a tendency to leave us tense, stressed and anxious. What most people don’t realise is that stress is an energy that we carry within us.

When we meditate, we can break down and release this stress energy allowing more positive energy to flow through us creating a sense of peace and calm.

This evening is open to anyone who is interested in meditation and how it can help reduce stress, create calm in our lives and increase the energy that we have.

Simon has been an Arhatic Yogi for over 15 years.

Don’t miss these amazing events!
