Pumpkin Hunt

Join us for a pumpkin hunt on the farm from 24th – 31st October 2020, can you catch a big one?
Tickets are £6.50 per person to include a pumpkin, entry to our new Pippa’s Trail and a goody bag with treats and activities. Remember that to enter the pumpkin field you can’t go over it, you can’t go under it you’ve got to go through it!
There will also be a best selfie competition (fancy dress optional – how creative can you be?) the chance to play in our leaf mosh pit and see our giant straw bale animals. Pre-booking is required to ensure we keep this event COVID secure.
You may also buy a ticket to only to forage a pumpkin, or to access Pippa’s trail only but you get a discount for booking the combined ticket!
All profits go to our Appeal for Change, a fund created to support new projects at Fordhall Farm that improve the health and well-being of our community, whilst rejuvenating our connections to the land.

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
