Where you can find us
Relax in cafes, watch the world go by, sample fantastic local bars and restaurants.
This spacious house is within easy access to all major routes in and out of Shrewsbury and a 25-minute drive will take you to the Shropshire Hills for country walks, ending in a cosy pub!
The space
There is an open-plan living and dining room downstairs with a dining table to seat 8. The sitting room has plenty of seating and includes a single sofa bed. Our TV is a Smart TV and includes Freeview terrestrial channels plus iPlayer, More4 etc. There are patio doors that lead from the lounge into the garden, where in the warmer months we have an outside seating area.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and utility room, a washing machine, dishwasher and a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs, we have 3 double bedrooms and one single. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space and an ensuite shower room as well as a second Smart TV.
The other three bedrooms share the family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom-3 has a Queen sized (4ft) double bed and bedroom-4 has a single bed.
The lounge has a sofa which raises to create another space to sleep, which we suggest is best for sleeping a child, although please let us know if you are planning on using this as we will need to supply linen for it.
We have off road parking for three cars and we are only a short, 15 minute walk from the Railway and Bus stations.
Guest access
The whole of the property is available for guests to use, except for one small downstairs office room which we use for storage.
Other things to note
Please note, that the third double bedroom has a small (4ft), Queen sized double bed, not a full-size double.
