3 Storey Townhouse in Shrewsbury

About this space
Our three-storey townhouse is located within easy walking distance of the thriving and historic town centre of Shrewsbury, with its timber-framed buildings, quaint back streets, independent shops and abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes to suit all tastes and the River Serven and the many activities it has to offer. Just a 5-minute walk from both the train and bus station and benefits. It is perfect for a family break, couples, or individuals visiting on business or pleasure.

The space
On the ground floor, we have opened up the living, dining and kitchen area into one large open-plan room, giving that real feeling of space and a great place to cook and be around friends. The TV in the lounge has streaming channels including Netflix. There are large patio doors that open out onto the decking area and paved patio, perfect for that early morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, large oven and stove and Nespresso coffee machine.

The stairs to both the first floor and second floor are reasonably steep and do have handrails.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed, both have plenty of storage.

The family bathroom is also on this level with a shower over the bath.

On the top floor is a spacious master bedroom, with a super comfortable super-king bed and en-suite showroom.

Guest access
We are only a 5 to 10-minute walk from the train station and town centre. We have plenty of free parking outside the house on the road.

Other things to note
The stairs to both floors are reasonably steep. To the first floor there is a handrail but to the second floor, because they are reasonably narrow, there is no handrail.

Travel cot and high chair available on request no less than 72 hours before your check-in for the cost of £10 each.

We welcome your furry friends at a cost of £20 each, downstairs and do have a stair gate to stop them from going upstairs.

If you are wanting an early or later checkout, please ask if we can accommodate. There will be a charge of £30.

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
