Stylish brand new two bedroom house in Ludlow

Enjoy a modern and stylish experience in this brand new 2 bedroom house, centrally located and within walking distance of Ludlow town centre and its many restaurants and markets. This pretty home includes patio doors leading from the spacious kitchen/diner into the rear garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining in the warmer months.

This new house is located on the new development Quarry place. On the ground floor, you walk into the main living area, which leads into a bright and airy fully equipped kitchen and dining area with patio doors out onto a south facing gravelled garden.

On the first floor is the bathroom with bath and shower and we supply fresh towels and toiletries, including, shampoo and shower gel for you.
Master bedroom with king-size bed, small wardrobe and drawers and double bedroom with wardrobe space.
Guest access
Please beware the property is located on a new development, Quarry Place, which is still under construction. So the roads to the property are not finished and there is construction traffic as you drive onto the development, so please be careful when moving around the site.

The area where the house is located is complete, so you won’t be bothered by the construction once you reach the property.

We have allocated parking for two vehicles in front of the property. Please park only in front of the property, all other spaces belong to other houses and no vans or caravans, Thank you.

The train station is only a 15 minute walk.

Ludlow town centre is only a 10/15 minute walk from the property and a lovely walk through the back streets of Ludlow, taking in all the old buildings.
