Benyon Street is in a quiet residential area, located within a 10-minute walk from our historic vibrant town with its Tudor buildings, quaint back streets, independent shops, and an abundance of restaurants, bars, & cafes to suit all tastes. Just a 5-minute walk from both train and bus station and benefits from free on-street parking. It is perfect for a family break, couples, or individuals visiting on business or pleasure.
The main hub of the property is the large, airy, kitchen dining area which leads out onto the patio area, which is enclosed for your furry friends. We have a cosy, compact living area with gas fire and TV. The stairs to both the second and third floors are steep and narrow. On the second floor is a double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a single bedroom. Stairs then lead to the third story, which is a double bedroom again, with wardrobe space and views out over the rooftops.
Outside we have a patio area, which catches the early morning sun.
We are only a 5 to 10-minute walk from the train station and town center. We have plenty of free parking outside the house.
