The Granary Restaurant at Weston Park

The Granary Restaurant, located in the Granary at Weston Park, is home to delicious homemade dishes inspired by the seasons and driven by harvest from the Walled Garden.

From light lunches, delicious dinners and special occasion dining, the Granary Restaurant offers creative dishes that are created by our award-winning Head Chef, Anna Jones, and her talented team.

Weston’s ‘estate to plate’ ethos stands central to all the dishes created by our chefs, using produce that comes from the Walled Garden and heritage orchards. The produce is handpicked daily by Weston’s gardeners and delivered to the Granary kitchen every single day.

Menus reflect the changing seasons from local asparagus and spring lamb to estate reared venison and warm apple crumble.  There are crowd pleasers aplenty including the Weston Burger and a traditional Sunday roast with vegetables straight from the Walled Garden.

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
