Stardome at Enginuity

Sat-Sun 18-26 February 2023 Stardome at Enginuity

Discover the amazing galaxies, stars and solar systems above our heads this February half-term.

Step inside our very special Stardome for a fascinating and immersive 360° planetarium show to learn more about the cosmos, stellar evolution and the search for alien life.

Iron is one of the most plentiful elements on Earth. It helped civilizations to develop and was the key metal fabric used well into the Victorian era. But did you know that the story of iron’s origins is actually astronomical, and it begins with the element being born from the explosion of stars!

Pre-booking is essential. Book your free Stardome ticket via the Ironbridge website. Sessions are daily from 18-26 February at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm and last around 30 minutes.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your show time. Late entry into the planetarium is not possible once the show has started. These sessions are recommended for families with children aged 8+.

The Stardome is brought to us by Keele University’s participation team. A valid museum admission ticket is required for entry.
