Easter Adventure Quest at Stokesay Castle

Take part in a cracking adventure quest at Stokesay Castle! Explore the grounds and gardens to hunt for clues and challenges and discover traditional Easter games. Track down the Easter eggs and you’ll be rewarded with an adventurer’s certificate and a tasty chocolate treat!

Explore Weston Park

The entire estate of Weston Park opens for a great day out this Easter!

Enjoy woodland walks, soaking up the fresh air, taking in breath taking views and strolling through the gorgeous gardens.  The Forest Friends of Weston Park app unlocks a magical world where children can find each character, turn themselves into woodland creatures with funny filters and unlock new activities and adventures.

Attingham Park Easter hunt

This Easter, bee-adventurous on a family friendly trail around the Mile Walk at Attingham. Complete the bee themed activities to earn your chocolate egg at the end.

Older children can join the Hive Mind and take on the challenge of working out the bee language sypher. This extra loop of the trail which takes you over the river and around the Woodland Walk before re-joining the main trail route. Ask for a Hive Mind challenge sheet at Visitor Reception when you arrive.

Easter Train rides

Get ready for a eggs-celent Easter dining experience!

Join the Severn Valley Railway for Sunday Luncheon, one of the best dining experiences in Worcestershire and Shropshire.

Your experience on The Severn Valley Railway dining train starts at Kidderminster Station in Worcestershire where you’ll be greeted by the Stewards and taken to your seats. On your journey to Bridgnorth, your train passes through idyllic country stations, Britain’s largest woodland National Nature Reserve, the Wyre Forest, and over the magnificent Victoria Bridge, the longest single-span cast iron bridge in Britain when built in 1861, all whilst sumptuous food is served to your seats.

There is 30 minutes to explore the station at Bridgnorth with its refreshment room, pub and gift shop, before the dining train returns to Kidderminster. The experience lasts approximately 3 hours.

International Zoo Lovers Day at Hoo Zoo

Head to Hoo Zoo Easter Saturday (8th April) for the reduced fee of £10.00 per person. With over 100 species of animals, 30 animatronic dinosaurs and activities taking place all day Hoo Zoo really is a fun day out whatever the age!
