Riverside Cabins & Lodges

Boutique self catering cabins and lodges with hot tubs in the heart of Shropshire

Nestled on the banks of the River Perry amongst a tranquil private woodland, our luxurious cabins and woodland lodges are the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle.  All of our 3 bedroomed lodges have their own private hot tub, as do our 5 smaller cabins.  All of our cabins and lodges are dog friendly too so you can bring all the family!

Riverside Cabins is situated in the popular village of Baschurch in the heart of rural Shropshire. Enjoy a glass of wine on your balcony or hammock, listening to the owls or maybe even glimpse our resident deer or otter family.  Enjoy exploring the river with our sit-on-canoes and SUPs, the private woodland, and cooling off in the summer in our natural plunge pool.  Our quarry fire pit is a great spot for an evening marshmallow toast.

Our location is perfect for exploring Shropshire, Wales, Staffordshire and Cheshire, with a variety of attractions and activities to keep all ages entertained.  We also have some fantastic pubs and farm shops on our doorstep boasting great takeaway menus.

Our team are on hand to make sure that your stay is as perfect as it can be and can recommend activities and excursions to suit you.

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
