Bramble Cottage

About this space
Bramble Cottage is located in the idyllic village of Atcham, with the River Severn flowing around the village and only a 10-minute drive from the historic market town of Shrewsbury with its medieval streets and timber-framed buildings, offering independent boutique shopping, back street cafes and bars. The Cottage is opposite National Trust property, Attingham Park an 18th-century Regency Mansion estate with 200 acres of parkland.
The space
Bramble Cottage has just gone through a renovation, including new kitchen, decoration and furnishings in all rooms. The pictures show it before this was done. As soon as the paints dry and all our new furniture has arrived, we will have new photos.

Bramble Cottage has a real cosy homely feel to it as soon as you walk through the door. We have a brand new well equipped fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, washer/dryer and dining area to seat 8 comfortably. The large living room is the perfect space for you to relax, and unwind in front of our log-burning stove with a glass of wine.

Downstairs we have a large king size bedroom, with ample storage space, leading through into a conservatory area and large bathroom with walk-in shower with rain head and free-standing roll-top bath, for those who want a soak in some bubbles in a bit of peace and quiet.

Upstairs we have a further three bedrooms. Two king size bedrooms, one having the benefit of a large en-suite and the third double bedroom. There is also further bathroom with shower.

Guest access
The whole of the house is for guests to enjoy and we have a large driveway that will fit three cars.

Other things to note
We welcome your furry friends downstairs and not on the furniture, at a cost and must be booked and paid for on the initial booking. The conservatory area is perfect for them.

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
