Enjoy a stylish modern, contemporary experience in this newly built 3-storey townhouse located in the south-west of Shrewsbury, with easy access to all major routes out of Shrewsbury, yet only a half an hour walk from Shrewsbury town centre where you can find a wide array of bustling back street independent shops, cafes to sit and watch the world go by and bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Driving 25 minutes from Drapers Rise you can be in the Shropshire hills.
The space
This fantastic contemporary and newly built home enjoys a wonderful balance of accommodation throughout, over three floors and is finished to a very high specification.
On entering the property, we have a spacious hall area, leading into a cosy snug, with TV. The main hub of the home is the large fully equipped kitchen/dining area, with ample storage space and patio doors leading onto the garden.
The first floor has a stylish lounge area with TV and a double bedroom with double wardrobe and ensuite shower room.
Outside with have ample parking for two cars.

We understand 10 am check out can be early at the weekends. If you prefer to stay later we can offer a later check till 1 pm for £40. Please ask and if we can accommodate it we will.
Travel Cot and High Chair available on request.
Strictly no parties, No smoking or vaping in the house and sorry no pets.
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. We provide linen and towels and these are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individual items such as shampoo, conditioners, and shower gel. If you require housekeeping, during your stay, please let us know.

Overgrown but never fully forgotten, pathways were cleared, gullies reopened and handrails reinstalled to allow visitors to enjoy the spectacular views and surprises that The Follies reveals around every corner.
