Middle Cottage, Corve Street, Ludlow

Middle Cottage is a peaceful 16th century house that has been recently beautifully refurbished to a modern standard. The house is deceptively light and roomy with selfcatering facilties for four people. On the ground floor is a large sitting/dining room with dining table and chairs, three seater sofa and tub chairs, gas fire, 32″ HD TV and broadband.

The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, waste disposal unit and water filter.

The first floor has two double bedrooms – one with a superking double bed which can be made into two singles, the second bedroom has a king size double.  Each room has ample storage space, and the lovely bathroom has a walk in shower, bath and underfloor heating.

Guests have full access to the whole house as well as the small sunny paved area with seating and table.

Middle Cottage is in lower Corve Street, a quiet residential area, close to Ludlow’s town centre and with a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and shops all within easy walking distance. Ludlow rail station is about 5 minutes’ walk and Ludlow Brewery is even closer.  Street parking is available free of charge for one car for the duration of guests’ stay.

Middle Cottage is ideal for short breaks and longer holidays.  It is a non-smoking property and is pet free.  The house is not suitable for young children and people with mobility concerns.  Contact the owner by using the website link or by email for more information or bookings .

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
