Vibes on the Vine: Suzanne 2021 Rosé Wine Launch

Award winning Shropshire vineyard, Hencote, is launching their newest vintage rosé wine on Friday 26th August and invites you to the event.

The night will start from 6pm with a drinks reception on the balcony and will include entertainment, speciality cocktails, music and the chance to sample the new rosé wine; The Suzanne 2021. For those wishing to dine at The View Restaurant, the Suzanne 2021 Rosé wine will be specifically paired with a chef’s created 3 course menu which complements the flavours and tones of the wine.

Hencote sits just on the outskirts of Shrewsbury and boasts gorgeous views of vineyard, town of Shrewsbury and the Shropshire Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty, all from the comfort of the The View Restaurant. Complete with a working vineyard and winery, Hencote also offers guests the chance to relax and rewind in the ten luxury glamping lodges, each with their own hot tub, and a newly renovated Georgian Farmhouse, for larger groups of guests, as it sleeps up to fourteen.  With daily wine tours and tastings, Hencote is a luxury getaway in the heart of Shropshire.

For those attending the event, we welcome any clothing or accessorises with floral patterning or pink, red and white colours.

To book tickets to the event, call the reception desk on 01743 298 444 or book through the website www.hencote.com. Tickets for the drinks reception are £19.99 and £65 for the drinks reception and three course menu.

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
